Return & Refund Policy

At SkinCeuticals, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on items purchased directly from SkinCeuticals.com within 30 days of the purchase date.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be unused or gently used and in original packaging, if possible.
  • Only items purchased on SkinCeuticals.com are eligible for return through our site. Items purchased through other retailers or skincare professionals must be returned to the original place of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our Returns Portal [insert link] to start your return.
  2. Follow the steps to generate your prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Package your item(s) securely, include the return packing slip, and attach the label to the package.
  4. Drop off your package at the appropriate carrier location (based on the label provided).

Note: Returns shipped without authorization from our returns portal may not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds cover the cost of returned products only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • Please allow up to 30 business days from the date your return is received for the refund to appear on your statement.

Returning with Your Own Carrier

If you prefer to return your item(s) using your own shipping method:

  • You must still initiate the return online to receive a return authorization and copy of your invoice.
  • Send the package to the return address provided during the return process.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Items that are used beyond a reasonable trial or are significantly damaged.
  • Promotional or final sale items marked as non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
