SkinCeuticals.com ships orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 Business Days

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard USPS Ground shipping is $8.00
  • Complimentary shipping is available for registered SkinCeuticals Members on orders shipping within the contiguous United States.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing time in addition to shipping time.

Note: Due to federal air safety regulations, certain products—including but not limited to Phloretin CF, Phloretin CF Gel, AOX+ Eye Gel, Blemish + Age Defense, LHA Toner, Conditioning Toner, Silymarin CF, Resveratrol B E, HA Intensifier, Multi Glycan, and P-TIOX—can only be shipped via ground shipping and cannot be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Confirmation

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. SkinCeuticals gladly accepts returns for items purchased on SkinCeuticals.com within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please return items in their original packaging, if possible, and include the return packing slip provided with your return label. Items returned within 30 days will be refunded in full to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 30 days for the return to be processed once received.

If you prefer to use your own shipping method:

  • You must still initiate the return online.
  • Include the invoice in your package.
  • We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance for your protection.

Note: Items received more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

We reserve the right to reject returns or charge applicable fees for items that do not meet return criteria or show signs of policy abuse.

Only items purchased from SkinCeuticals.com may be returned through our online process. Products purchased through skincare professionals or other retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase.
